Q. How can you help me to lose weight with hypnosis ? I thought it was just about exercise and portion control.

Hypnosis can help you to reduce your portion sizes and encourage the desire to exercise, but with hypnosis we deal with the root causes of why you are eating incorrectly in the first place. By addressing the root causes, healing them and instilling new behaviour patterns, you can experience permanent weight loss in a cravings free manner.


Q. How long does it take before I lose weight?

Some become slimmer and lose around 10 lbs in the first week, others lose around 2 lbs a week; Everyone is different, everyone has different reasons why they have that extra weight and everyone heals those reasons at different rates.


Once we have healed any root causes for your extra pounds, we can then move to the next phase of monthly check-ins - your motivation booster ! Monthly check-ins are not compulsory and may only take 30 minutes ($45) if it is purely a reinforcement session.


You may need 5 or more sessions before you move on to monthly check-ins.


Q. What makes you different from other weight loss programs?

There are two major benefits:

1. Other programs may help you to lose weight whilst you are on them, taking their pills, eating their food, following their eating plan. We help you to change your habits, making the healthy changes permanent, helping to ensure you stick to your new lifestyle more easily.


2. We help you to heal the root causes for those old, unhealthy behaviours, so you may soon feel better about yourself, more confident and more in control of your life.

Losing Weight is not a Matter of Forgetting !

Have you ever wondered why other weight loss methods don’t result in permanent weight reduction? Have you experienced “Yo-Yo” weight gain and loss over the years? Have you tried ‘everything’, but still can’t let that weight go?


Sometimes we might eat as a form of ‘self-medication’ ... in fact, food might not be the issue at all! We work together to make deep and lasting change, we investigate the reasons behind negative behaviours and work to resolve them in a way that is releasing for you. By letting those issues go, and my creating the impulse for making positive behavioural change, you can be confident your weight loss can be permanent!


Using normal grocery store foods and hypnosis, you can foster behaviour change that leads to a healthy and balanced way of life and experience a natural slimness. By continuing to live within this healthy lifestyle, you can be assured that the weight will remain off. We use a healthy eating plan (not a low fat diet!) which it works with the glycemic index of healthy, natural foods. Did you know that the sugars in beer actually converts to fats in your body faster than pure white sugar? Just by cutting out beer, you may achieve a significant reduction in body weight !

We often create bi-weekly "Action Sheets" to follow your progress; these sheets include actions such as drinking up to around 2.5 L water and taking time for enjoyable exercise.
