What is Past Life Regression?

How Can Past Life Regression Help?

 

Many books have been written about past lives, some by psychics, such as Sylvia Browne, some by scientists and some by researchers. See the bibliography for a selection of books and interesting links. Studies have shown how children and adults alike have memories of data that was proven to have taken place. The CBC carried out a study of people randomly chosen to experience past life regression, they employed researchers to check out any dates, places etc that came up. The final result was a show called, "Past Life Investigation," that took people to those places and recorded their emotional "reunion" with the past.

I am not going to try and convince you that past lives exist, that is not my job. But I do want to share that Past Life Regression has nothing to do with any religion, it is a spiritual journey, a healing journey. When you come for your Past Life Regression it is recommended that you

 
  • Are well rested
  • Are well hydrated (drink plenty of water for a full day before)
  • Free from colds, flu or coughs that might distract you
  • Bring your own recording media as a back-up source
  • Bring with you a list of significant people in your life

Since the session may be an intense experience, you may need to take time to reflect upon your findings. You will definitely benefit from some time to begin integrating your new knowledge and continue the process of grounding yourself.

It may be recommended that you do not drive for at least 15 minutes following a session.
